Our Story

QuanLife Property Partners (QPP) was built from real-life experience, not theory.

My name is Gino Marsocci, and I’ve spent over 25 years in door-to-door sales—learning how to communicate, listen, and truly understand people. Real estate came into my life after completing my first wholesale deal, what we call an asset control agreement, and realizing this business is really about solving problems, not just buying houses.

From there, I went all in. Late nights studying, learning from some of the best in the game, and applying that knowledge in real situations. I took pieces from top investors and operators and built my own approach—one focused on people, strategy, and execution.

This isn’t just a business to me… it’s a long-term mission.

Personal Connection

Outside of business, I’m a father of four—three adult daughters and a teenage son—and family means everything to me.

I’ve coached football at high levels, love sports, and enjoy pushing myself through challenges. That same energy carries into how I run this business—disciplined, driven, and always looking to grow.

The bigger vision for QPP is to build a portfolio of 100+ doors, including senior living and co-living housing, while creating something meaningful to pass down—a real legacy.
